2017-18 (Sophomore): Represented his native Norway at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea ... Suited up for the final three games of the tournament and helped Norway claim its first Olympic win since 1994 during the qualifying round vs. Slovenia ... Named an All-American Scholar by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) … Also named to his second straight Named to NCHC Academic All-Conference Team and was selected as an NCHC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete … Earned a spot on the University’s Dean’s List during both the fall and spring semesters … Also made UND’s President’s Roll of Honor both semesters … Collected three goals and six assists in 40 games … Won 54.5 percent of his faceoffs to rank 12th in the NCHC … Had a power-play goal and an assist in the NCHC Frozen Faceoff third-place game (March 17), a 4-1 win … Earned second letter.
