2017-18 (Sophomore): Represented his native Norway at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea ... Suited up for the final three games of the tournament and helped Norway claim its first Olympic win since 1994 during the qualifying round vs. Slovenia ... Named an All-American Scholar by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) … Also named to his second straight Named to NCHC Academic All-Conference Team and was selected as an NCHC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete … Earned a spot on the University’s Dean’s List during both the fall and spring semesters … Also made UND’s President’s Roll of Honor both semesters … Collected three goals and six assists in 40 games … Won 54.5 percent of his faceoffs to rank 12th in the NCHC … Had a power-play goal and an assist in the NCHC Frozen Faceoff third-place game (March 17), a 4-1 win … Earned second letter.

Earned a spot on the University’s Dean’s List during both the fall and spring semesters … Also made the President’s Roll of Honor in the spring … Ranked second among UND’s eight freshmen with 16 points (4g, 12a) in 36 games ... His 16 points tied him for 11th among NCHC freshmen … Won 52.5 percent of his faceoffs to rank second among NCHC freshmen (minimum 200 attempts) behind only teammate Tyson Jost (60.51 percent) ... Ranked 11th in the NCHC overall in faceoffs ... Won 158 faceoffs, sixth-most by a UND freshman since UND began tracking faceoffs in 2003-04 ... Before UND: Spent the past two full seasons and part of a third with the Lincoln Stars of the United States Hockey League (USHL) … Amassed 38 goals and 63 assists for 101 points in 136 career games with the Stars … Earned All-USHL Third All-Star Team honors in 2015-16 after collecting a team-leading 57 points and 37 assists in 56 games … Tied for eighth in the USHL scoring race and ranked fifth in assists … Also led Lincoln with a plus-14 rating … Participated in the 2016 USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game … Had 16 goals and 16 assists in 54 games in 2014-15, his first full season with Lincoln … Scored 2 goals and 10 assists in 26 games the previous season after joining the Stars from the Valerenga under-20 team … Twice captained Team Norway at the IIHF World Junior Championship (Division 1).
