Outdoor (Redshirt Senior): Competed at six meets, including The Summit League Championship … Placed seventh in the hammer throw at the Ron Masanza Classic (May 1) … Hurled a season-best 170-10 at the South Dakota Tune-Up (May 7).

2019-20
Indoor (Redshirt Junior): Threw the weight in four meets, including The Summit League Championship ... Finished fourth at the Dakota Classic (Dec. 6) at NDSU, hurling 17.27m (56-8) ... Tossed a personal-best 17.72m (58-1.75) at the Dakota Realty Alumni Meet in Vermillion, S.D., finishing sixth (Feb. 7) ... Placed 15th at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 28-29).

Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Threw the hammer at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14) ... Finished fourth with a toss of 51.44m (168-9).

Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Finished 14th in the weight throw at The Summit League Indoor Track & Field Championship ... Hurled a season-best 57-2.75 (17.44m) in the North Dakota-South Dakota Duel (Jan. 12).

Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Placed sixth in the hammer throw at The Summit League Championship with a PR throw of 183-10 (56.03m) (May 8-10) ... Competed in six meets ... Tossed a then-PR 182-3 at the South Dakota Challenge to finish second at the meet (April 6).

Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Named to 2018 Big Sky Conference Spring All-Academic Team … Qualified for the Big Sky Championship in the hammer throw … Earned second letter.
