2004: Named first team ALL-American by three organizations, including the AFCA, D2Football.com, and CollegeSportsReport.com ... Also named third team ALL-American by AP little All-American and Football Gazette... First team all-region by Daktronics... Named to his second consecutive All-NCC first team... Academic All-NCC selection... Named UND's Most VAluable Defensive Player and Most Valuable Linebacker... Team co-captain... led the sioux in total tackles(104) and solo tackles(52) for the sexond straight year... also had a team leading 52 assisted tackles...Ranked second on the team in tackles-for-loss(12.5) and quarterback sacks(career high four)... His 52 solo tackles are tied for the eighth highest total in school history... Returned an onterception 33 yards in the season openner agaist Delta State, Litterally hurdling a would be tackler on his way to the end zone... Name the Most Valuable Linebacker in the NCC... Led all NCAA D2 player with school record 95 solo tackles... Previose record was 55... Led the sioux with 124 total tackles... enjoyed seven games with 10 or more tackles... Recorded a season high 18 tackles(six solo) vs Mesa State (Sept 6).... Tied for team lead with 11 tackles for a loss and three fumble recoveries... Notched sacks agaist North Dakota State and North Alabama... Named NCC Defensive Player of the Week(Oct 18.) ... 2002: Season-ending injurry cut short a phenomenal freshman campaign in which he tallied 39 tackles (28) solo in just seven games... Had six tackles for a loss, second most on the team... Teamed with Josh Christtofferson to score a safety late in the NDSU game, Helpingthe sioux gain a 12-6 lead they would not reliquish... Earned first letter.
2001: Redshirt Season... Named UND's most valuable defensive scout player.
