Quinn Peterson

Quinn Peterson enters his fifth year as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at UND. He works primarily with the men's basketball, football, volleyball and baseball teams.

Born and raised in Stromsburg, Neb., Peterson received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2004, and received his master’s degree from Kansas State in 2006. At Kansas State he worked for two-and-a-half years as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach.

Peterson is a certified strength coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. He is also a certified Level I Olympic weightlifting club coach.

Peterson is also the Fellowship of Christian Athletes huddle advisor. He and his wife, Emily, have three daughters, Lilly (5), Eden (3) and Olive (1).
