University of North Dakota Athletics

Dillon is the Assistant Director of Marketing at the University of North Dakota (UND), a position he has held since July 2024. In this role, he serves as the lead marketing contact for UND football, men's basketball, and softball, where he oversees the development and execution of marketing strategies, manages social media accounts, and coordinates game presentations.
 

Before joining UND, Dillon was a Graduate Assistant at Lamar University from January 2023 to July 2024. During his time there, he focused on marketing initiatives for softball and soccer while also providing support for football and men's basketball.
 

Dillon earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa, where he interned with the athletic department. He subsequently obtained his MBA from Lamar University. Originally from Oelwein, Iowa
