    Volunteer Assistant Coach (throws)
Three-time All-American Molli Detloff stepped into a Volunteer Assistant Coach's role after concluding her career at North Dakota in the spring of 2019. Detloff will assist throws coach Drew Jones as she prepares for the outdoor season and an attempt to qualify for the United States Olympic Trials in June 2020 at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore.

Detloff earned her first All-America honor at the end of her sophomore season in the hammer throw, finishing 12th at the 2017 NCAA Track & Field Championship. She followed up with a pair of honors in 2018-19, qualifying the for the NCAA Indoor and Outdoor Championships, earning Second Team All-America honors in the weight throw and collecting First Team All-America in the hammer throw.

The Elk River, Minn., native was the first All-American in the Fighting Hawks Division I history and was the first to qualify for the indoor track & field championships alongside Kyley Foster (pole vault) in North Dakota's Division I history. Detloff was also named the Big Sky Conference's Athlete of the Meet at the 2017 outdoor championship.

A four-time NCAA Regional Competitor, she also earned a top-10 finish at the USA Track & Field Outdoor Championship. A scholar-athlete as well, Detloff earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors three times.
