Cross Country (Junior): Team co-captain … Big Sky Conference Fall All-Academic Team … Ran in six events, including the Big Sky Championship and the NCAA Midwest Regional … Ran a career-best 5K of 18 minutes, 40 seconds at the UND Ron Pynn Classic Open … Earned third letter.

Indoor (Junior): Placed third in the 3,000 meters at the UND Indoor Tune-Up (Feb. 17).

Outdoor (Junior): Earned third track letter.

2016-17
Cross Country (Sophomore): Ran in six meets … UND’s No. 3 runner at the NCAA Midwest Region Championship with a 6K time of 23 minutes, 2 seconds … Earned second letter.

Indoor (Sophomore): Named to Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team ... Earned a season-best mile time at the UND tune-up meet with a run of 5:24.75.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran the eighth-fastest steeplechase time in UND history … While competing at the Drake Invitational, she clocked a time of 11:46.59 … Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Lyle Hokanson Classic ... Earned second track letter. 

2015-16
Cross Country (Freshman): Named cross country team’s Freshman of the Year ... Ran in all six cross country meets ... Was UND’s top finisher at Nebraska’s Woody Greeno Invitational, where she placed 20th out of 204 competitors with a time of 23 minutes, 36.8 seconds ... Earned first cross country letter. 

Indoor (Freshman): Named to Big Sky Conference Winter All-Academic Team … Ran a PR of 2:23.77 the in the 800-meters at the Jim Emmerich Invitational … Finished in third at the SDSU Tune-up in the 1000-meter with a time of 3:06.40. 

Outdoor (Freshman): Ran a PR of 11:59.46 in the steeplechase at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational … Time earned her the ninth spot in UND history … Earned first track letter. 

Before UND
A 2015 graduate of Belle Plaine Senior High School … Lettered six times in both track and cross country … A three-time all-state performer (2014, 2012, 2011) in both sports … Also a six-time all-section and all-conference honoree in cross country.
