Indoor (Freshman): Named to the Big Sky Conference Winter All-Academic Team … Finished in fourth at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championship in the 400-meters with a run of 56.82 seconds … Part of the 4x400 relay that placed second with a time of 3:47.42 … Member of UND’s school-record 4x400 relay team that ran a record-time of 3:45.91 at the Jim Emmerich Invitational … Earned Big Sky Conference co-Athlete of the Week honors for that effort … Earned the fourth spot in UND history with a 400-meters run of 56.59 seconds at the SDSU Indoor Classic … Also part of the winning 4x400 team with a time of 3:46.28 … Ran the sixth-best 200-meter time in school history at South Dakota State, clocking in a 25.34 … Opened the indoor season with a third-place finish in the 400-meter at the SDSU Holiday Classic with a time of 57.47 seconds … Also part of the winning 4x400 team with a time of 3:50.86 … Runner-up at the Bison Classic in the 400-meter with a run of 58.23 seconds … Also part of the second-place 4x400 team with a time of 3:51.98. 

Outdoor (Freshman): Named to the Big Sky Conference Spring All-Academic Team … Part of the school-record 4x100 team that ran a time of 46.53 seconds at the Big Sky Conference Championship … Also helped UND to a fourth-place finish in the 1,600-meter relay, with a time of 3:45.64 that ranked third all-time in school history … Cracked UND’s all-time top 10 in both the 200 and 400 at the Beach Invitational … Her 400 time of 56.06 ranked fourth all time and her 200 time of 25.23 ranked eighth … Part of the winning 4x400 team at the Lyle Hokanson Classic with a run of 3:52.08 …. Helped the 4x100 team win the Masanz Invitational … Opened the outdoor season with a 4x400 team win … Clocked a time of 3:49.59 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational … Also part of the second-place 4x100 team with a run of 49.96 seconds … Earned first letter.

A 2015 graduate of Red River High School ... Lettered five times in cross country and four times in track ... Named both Grand Forks Herald Athlete of the Year and North Dakota High School Coaches Association (NDHSCA) Outstanding Senior Athlete in 2015 ... Also named Powerade Outstanding Senior Athlete ... Broke school records in the 100-meters, 200-meters and 400-meters ... State champion in the 400-meters and state runner-up in the 100 and 200 ... Earned track team's MVP award in each of her last three years (2012-14) ... Also named team's Rookie of the Year in 2012 ... Earned Most Valuable Sprinter award in each of her last two years ... Named cross country team's Most Valuable Runner in 2013 and 2012 and was its Rookie of the Year in 2011 ... Also lettered three years in soccer and was named team's Most Improved Player in 2011.
