Cross Country (Senior): Competed in five meets, including UND's inaugural Summit League Cross Country Championship ... Also represented the University of North Dakota at the NCAA Midwest Cross Country Championship ... Earned a top-10 finish at the Bison Open with a PR in the 4k (14:35.7) in Fargo (Aug. 31) ... Led UND at the Woody Greeno/Jay Dicksen Invitational, running a 22:39.9 in the 6K, recording a PR (Sept. 15) ... Named to The Summit League's Academic Honor Roll.

2017-18
Cross Country (Junior): Big Sky Conference Fall All-Academic Team … Ran in five of six meets for the Fighting Hawks, including the Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championship … Earned second cross country letter ... Competed in the NCAA Midwest Cross Country Championship ... Named the Most Improved Runner by the team ... UND Athletics Honor Roll recipient. 

Indoor (Junior): Won the 3,000 meters with a PR of 10 minutes, 51.96 seconds at the UND Indoor Tune-Up (Feb. 17).

Outdoor (Junior): Earned third track letter ... Finished second in the 5,000-meters at the Ron Masanz Classic in Moohead (April 28)
