Amanda Solberg

Amanda Solberg is in her first season at North Dakota and works primarily with UND's throwers.

Solberg was an accomplished thrower at the University of Minnesota, where she was a three-time NCAA Division I regional qualifier. and participated and placed in four Big Ten Championships.

After graduating from Minnesota in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in family social science, Solberg worked in the University of Minnesota's McNamara Academic Center. As a student-athlete welfare intern, Solberg helped improve the visibility of the CHAMPS/Life Skills program to student-athletes, while also collaborating to generate community service outreach opportunities.

A native of Minot, N.D., Solberg was a 2005 graduate of Minot High School.
