Ashley Steffan will begin her fourth season with the University of North Dakota volleyball program in 2021, handling all team travel and operations as the team's Director of Volleyball Operations.
Steffan also balances the team's budget during the season, previously handling duties as the manager at The Parrot's Cay Tavern & Grill in Grand Forks.
The Grand Forks, N.D., native graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Superior where she played both volleyball and basketball for the Yellowjackets.

Steffan, formerly Laidley, graduated from Grand Forks Central High School where she was standout for the Knights. Steffan and her husband welcomed their first child into the world in October 2020.
