Enters the season as UND’s starting tight end after transitioning from outside linebacker.

 

2008 (Junior): Appeared in four games as a reserve linebacker ... Earned third letter.

 

2007 (Sophomore): Appeared in nine games and made one start ... Made his first collegiate start in UND’s NCAA second round playoff game at Grand Valley State (Nov. 24) and recorded a season-high five tackles (three solo) ... Made 15 tackles on the season (10 solo) ... Tied for fourth on the team with three quarterback hurries ... Had two hurries in UND’s NCAA first round playoff win over Winona State (Nov. 17) ... Also blocked a field goal attempt in that game ... Earned second letter.

 

2006 (Freshman): Played in 11 games ... Made his collegiate debut in the season opener at Central Washington (Sept. 1) ... Registered six total tackles (five solo) on the season ... Earned first letter.

 

2005: Redshirt season.

 

Before UND: A 2005 graduate of Foley High School ... Ranked as one of the top 15 recruits in the state of Minnesota ... A two-time all-area and all-conference selection ... Team co-captain ... Member of the National Honor Society ... Also competed in basketball and track and field ... An all-conference pick and co-captain in basketball ... All-conference in three events in track and field.
