Samantha Hanson begins her first year as a student volunteer coach with the UND women’s hockey program.

During her four-year career at UND, Hanson played in 133 games amassing 27 points from six goals and 21 assists. A defenseman for the first three years of her career, she made the switch to forward in 2015-16 where she tallied 10 points for UND.

Having completed her playing eligibility in the spring of 2016, she is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree in marketing from UND and is on track to graduate in December 2016.
