Gale Dockstader joins the soccer staff after completing her four years as a player last fall.

With the team, Dockstader co-captained the 2003 squad to its first appearance in the NCAA Tournament and a 14-3-2 overall record. She anchored a defensive unit which ranked 18th in the country, allowing just 0.771 goals against per game.

In 2003, Dockstader was selected to her second Academic All-North Central Conference team in as many years. Her 65 games played in a Sioux uniform ranks her third all-time in program history and her 52 consecutvie games played is a program record.

Dockstader, a 2000 graduate of Lincoln High School, finished her undergraduate work in the spring of 2004, earning a degree in physical therapy.
