GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- The North Dakota men's basketball team got back in the win column with a 78-58 victory over Waldorf Tuesday at the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center.
Redshirt freshman Geno Crandall scored 11 of his team-high 17 points in a second half that saw UND put the game away by outscoring the Warriors 44-28 and snap a three-game losing streak.

All of Baldwin's 12 points came in the closing minutes as the Fighting Hawks' reserves outscored Waldorf's 29-10.
"I thought our bench did a tremendous job and gave us a huge spark," UND head coach Brian Jones said. "Not only defensively, but they also made some shots after we struggled in the first half whether it was from behind the line or at the rim."
Crandall was one of four UND players to reach double figures and added five steals and two blocks on the defensive end.

Parrish had 15 of his team-high 17 points in the opening 20 minutes and it was his fifth 3-pointer of the half that made got his team within four at the break.
After neither team scored in the opening three minutes of the second half, Crandall knocked down a 3-pointer and Baldwin's first basket of the game sparked a game-clinching 25-4 run that spanned nearly seven minutes.
