North Dakota plays for its first NCHC Frozen Faceoff Championship when it tangles with third-ranked Minnesota Duluth tonight at Target Center. The puck drops at 7:38 p.m. Central.
The Fighting Hawks, winners of five straight, are also progressing toward their 15th consecutive NCAA Tournament berth, which would extend the second-longest streak in Division I men's hockey history.
The NCAA Men's Hockey Selection Show will air on Sunday, March 19 at 11 a.m. (CT) on ESPNU.

All UND men's hockey games, home and away, can be heard on 96.1 FM (The Fox) and on stations across the UND Sports Home of Economy Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio app. Longtime broadcaster Tim Hennessy, in his 38th season as the voice of UND men's hockey, calls the action while Steve Olson provides color analysis.
Tonight's game will be telecast live by CBS Sports Network and can also be seen on DirecTV (channel 221) and DISH Network (158). Ben Holden calls the action alongisde color analyst Dave Starman and rinkside reporter Shireen Saski.

Austin Poganski (Jr., St. Cloud, Minn.) scored the game's only goal 2:30 into the third period and Cam Johnson (Jr., Troy, Mich.) stopped all 21 shots he faced as UND defeated top-ranked Denver 1-0 in the NCHC Frozen Faceoff semifinals.
UND held the Pioneers to a season-low 21 shots on goal and halted the Pioneers' 13-game winning streak
It was UND's first-ever victory in the NCHC semifinals after having played in the third-place game in each of the league's first three years of existence.
