GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The University of North Dakota men's tennis team finished its weekend at home by defeating Concordia College, 6-1, on Saturday evening at Choice Health & Fitness.
North Dakota started off strong by winning two of the three doubles matches and clinching the first point.
In singles competition, the Fighting Hawks were in control, going unbeaten in all but one match. In No. 1 singles, Dustin Britton was topped by Concordia's Isaac Toivonen 7-6 (7-4), 6-4, to give the Cobbers one point on the day.
North Dakota returns to action on Sunday April 23 against Iowa in Iowa City at 5p.m.
