The University of North Dakota men's basketball team will look to shake off the sting of a tough defeat when the Fighting Hawks host Western Illinois on Saturday afternoon at the Betty.
BROADCAST COVERAGE
All UND men's basketball games, home and away, can be heard on stations across the UND Sports Home of Economy Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio app. The flagship station for the network is 96.1 FM (The Fox), but games can also be heard on 1440 KKXL AM (The Fan) and 100.3 KSNR FM (Cat Country) in the Grand Forks area. Fans in the Fargo-Moorhead region can tune into the Fighting Hawks on 740 AM (KNFL) and 790 AM (KFGO).
Paul Ralston will be entering his 10th season on the call for all North Dakota men's basketball games.
In addition, all home men's basketball contests will be televised regionally and nationally for the first time in program history, thanks to the partnerships with Midco Sports Network® (MidcoSN®) and FOX Sports North.
Saturday's matchup with WIU can be seen live on MidcoSN2 as well as FOX College Sports with Alex Heinert on the call from the Betty. For those wanting to stream the contest, you can catch the action on ESPN+, FOX Sports GO, and UND Insider. Fans can also tune to 100.3-FM in Grand Forks and 740-AM across the state to listen on the radio.

ABOUT WESTERN ILLINOIS
Western Illinois enters Saturday's contest with the same 1-3 mark in conference play as UND. The Fighting Leathernecks also captured a conference victory over Denver, 78-60, at home, but have suffered defeats vs. South Dakota State, 100-58, at Oral Roberts, 82-63, and at North Dakota State, 85-69.
Kobe Webster has been the top dog in almost every statistical category for the Fighting Leathernecks this season, leading the squad in minutes per game (33.2), points per game (17.9), field goals made (110), 3-pointers made (43), assists per game (3.5), and steals per game (1.3). In the loss at NDSU on Thursday, Webster finished with a team-high 17 points.
SERIES HISTORY
Saturday will mark the sixth all-time meeting between North Dakota and Western Illinois, with WIU holding a 3-2 lead in the series.
After UND won the first two meetings in 1967, the Western Illinois captured the last three meetings in 1980 and 2011.
