GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Coming off a weekend that rewrote North Dakota Track & Field's top-10 at Long Beach State and the Brian Clay Invitational, the Fighting Hawks will close their regular season this week at the Cobber Twilight and Ron Masanz Classic in Moorhead, Minn.
Hosted by Concordia College at Jake Christiansen Stadium and Athletic Complex, the Cobber Twilight will start at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23 while Saturday's Ron Masanz Classic at Nemzek Stadium will take place on The Ron Masanz Track.
UND's distance runners and throwers led the way for the program in Long Beach and Azusa, Calif., as several athletes improved their standing on UND's top-10 list, or broke through for the first time in an event.

On the men's distance side,
Connor Danielson broke the 15-minute mark for the first time in his career in the 5,000-meters as he ran a 14:55.10, moving him to third all-time in the UND record book.
