OXFORD, Ohio -- Following a 4-1 win on Friday night, No. 7 North Dakota aims for a weekend sweep over Miami from Steve Cady Arena at 4:05 p.m. (CT).
All UND men's hockey games, home and away, can be heard on stations across the Home of Economy Fighting Hawks Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio, FightingHawks and Varsity Network apps. The flagship station for the network is 96.1 FM (The Fox). Longtime broadcaster Tim Hennessy calls the action.
Tonight's contest can be seen on NCHC.tv with a subscription.
Saturday will be the 30th all-time meeting between North Dakota and Miami, with UND holding a 21-7-1 advantage in the series.
The two teams met three times last season, with the Fighting Hawks taking all three contests. UND opened the regular season down in Omaha with a 2-0 win before closing out the pod with a 6-2 victory.
Despite now holding a 7-4-2 advantage in the series in Oxford, sweeping is something that is rare. UND is looking for only its second sweep at Steve Cady Arena since the series began.
