UND (7-2) extended its overall match winning streak to four straight and pushed its consecutive wins at home list to five straight with the victory.
In doubles play, the Fighting Hawks had to battle on the top two courts, but a pair of 6-4 victories by
Cian McDonnell and

Lucas Percy and
Johnatan Parat on the second court helped the hosts jump out to a 1-0 lead.
Petro Alex and
Edmond Aynedjian completed the perfect start in two-man play with a 6-1 triumph on the third court.
Parat kept his groove going moving to singles play, picking up a clean sweep at the second position to extend the advantage to 2-0 in favor of the green and white. Moments later, Alex made it 3-0 with a 6-0, 6-1 victory on the bottom court.
On the first and fifth courts, it was identical 6-1, 6-3, wins by Sullwald and Percy that made it five straight by the Hawks before a 6-3, 6-1 reversed win by Aynedjian made it 6-0. McDonnell closed out the sweep in style with a pair of triumphs by a 6-3 score.
