Leading Off
The University of North Dakota softball team began the season in Greenville, S.C. and Birmingham, Ala. for the Furman Classic and Blazer Classic. They went 2-3 in Greenville and 2-3 in Birmingham. The Fighting Hawks now head to Honolulu to participate in the Hawai'i Invitational. 

UND is set to open with Abilene Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Fighting Hawks will then battle Montana at 6:30 p.m. on Friday before facing the host, Hawai'i at 11 p.m. Once the first three games are played, the teams will be seeded and that will determine play for Saturday. 

Saturday: 
#2 seed vs. #3 seed @ 2 p.m.
#1 seed vs. #4 seed @ 4 p.m.
Loser Game #1 vs. Loser Game #2
Winner Game #1 vs. Winner Game #2
