After a tough eight-game stretch in California, the Fighting Hawks are ready to kick off conference play. They went 10-22 in their non-conference schedule.Â
They begin the conference slate with a three-game series in Kansas City. North Dakota and Kansas City will begin play on Saturday afternoon with a doubleheader beginning at noon before the two close out the series on Sunday at 11 a.m.
UND is slowly closing out its stretch of games away from Grand Forks, as the Fighting Hawks have so far played all of their games on the road so far this season. By the time the season is over and it is all said and done, the green and white will have played 44 games away from Grand Forks.Â
