GRAND FORKS, N.D. – After the 14-10 loss at then-ranked No. 6 South Dakota, North Dakota has slipped to No. 13 in the latest Stats Perform Poll and No. 17 in the AFCA FCS Coaches' Top 25.

Seven teams from the MVFC are in the latest Stats Perform Poll. South Dakota State has the top spot and all 56 first-place votes. South Dakota is the next-best ranked team in the league at No. 5, followed by North Dakota State at No. 9 and North Dakota at No. 13. Southern Illinois (No. 16), Northern Iowa (No. 22) and Youngstown State (No. 25) round out the conference in the poll.

Five teams from the conference also rank in the AFCA FCS Coaches' Top 25 Poll. The Jackrabbits have all 26-first place votes at the top spot, followed by the Coyotes at No. 5. The Bison are also in the top-10 at No. 9, while the Fighting Hawks dropped to No. 17. The Salukis are tied at the No. 20-spot.

No. 13/17 North Dakota will face Illinois State inside the Alerus Center at 1 p.m. this Saturday. The Redbirds are receiving votes in the AFCA FCS Coaches' Top 25. The game will be televised on Midco Sports and carried on the Home of Economy Radio Network.
