GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- The North Dakota men's basketball team will begin its regular season Tuesday, November 7 at Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City, Iowa as they take on the Iowa Hawkeyes.

North Dakota will play at Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City, Iowa Tuesday, Nov. 7. Paul Ralston's call will be on the Home of Economy Radio Network. The game will be streamed on Big Ten Network Plus, with Charlie Fox and Jess Settles on the call.
Series History vs. the Hawkeyes
The Fighting Hawks have met the Hawkeyes seven times, with Iowa taking all seven matchups. The most recent meeting was Dec. 20, 2016 and Iowa won 84-73.
Last Season
North Dakota finished the 2022-23 campaign with a 13-20 record, a seven win improvement over 2021-22. The Fighting Hawks won their first Summit League Tournament game in three years with an 83-68 win over Denver in the first game of the tournament. The team won six of their last nine games, regular and postseason, last year.

North Dakota finished the 2022-23 season with the most bench points in the Summit League, averaging 24.76 points per game from the reserves; which was 39th in the nation.
