UND Soccer Announces Five Signees for 2025

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Head coach Chris Logan and the University of North Dakota soccer program signs five for the upcoming 2025 season. Two states and two different countries are represented in the signing class.
 
"This class has a bit of everything," said Coach Logan. "We have a mix of size, speed, strength, in addition to technical quality, ability in the air, and goal scoring threats. We are ecstatic to welcome this class to UND and are excited to see their impact over the next four years."
 
The signing class is listed below, in alphabetical order.
 
Lilly Bashaw | D | 5-9 | Mesa, Ariz. | Mountain View HS
  • Two-time ECNL All-Conference Second Team selection
  • First Team All-Conference honors as a freshman
  • Three-time All-Region First Team honoree.
  • Currently plays for the Arizona Arsenal ECNL 06
 
Emilia Gottinger | D | 6-1 | Pirching am Traubenberg, Austria | BG/BRG/Borg Graz-Liebenau (HIB)
  • 2021-22 Player of the Year in the Styrian Women's Regional League (Steirische Frauen Landesliga)
  • League leader of the U14 Austrian State Youth Championship with Styria
  • Two third place finishes in the 2. Frauen Bundesliga.
  • Currently plays for the SV Krottendorf Wildcats
 
Mea Hook | F | 5-4 | Glen Carbon, Ill. | Edwardsville HS
  • Third Team All-Conference as a freshman
  • Second Team All-Conference as a sophomore
  • All-Sectional Academic high honor roll
  • Currently plays for St. Louis Scott Gallagher Navy
 
Emma Montgomery | D | 5-7 | Peoria, Ariz. | Mountain Ridge HS
  • Four-time varsity letterwinner
  • Three-time All-Conference Honorable Mention
  • Defensive Player of the Year
  • Led her team to its first playoff win in school history.
  • As a junior, she was top 5 in team scoring when the team was ranked #6 in the state.
  • Currently plays for AZ Arsenal ECNL U18/19
 
Mia Voutsinas | F | 5-5 | Montreal, Quebec | Northfield Mount Hermon HS
  • A varsity letter winner
  • Top 20 player in the state, led the state in scoring with 17 goals in 19 games.
  • Helped her team to a State Championship
  • NESPSAC All-Star Team
  • Currently plays for CS St-Laurent
