GRAND FORKS, N.D. - UND freshman goalkeeper
Grace Miller has earned a spot on the Top Drawer Soccer Top 100 postseason freshman ranking list. The list highlights 100 first-year players who defined the college soccer season. Checking in at No. 94, Miller is the first Fighting Hawk to make the postseason list. Earlier this season, Miller also ranked No. 94 on the midseason Top 100 freshman rankings.
In a competitive landscape where 60% of the rookies come from Power 4 conferences, Miller stands out as one of only two players representing the Summit League on the list. The Summit League is represented by Miller and Kansas City goalkeeper Maddie Sibbings. Among the top 100 freshmen, Miller is one of just 11 goalkeepers ranked.
The rookie played and started in 17 matches, logging 1,345 minutes. She recorded 89 saves during the season for a 1.47 goals-against average. Allowing just 22 goals, she finished the season with an .802 save percentage. Her record as a rookie was 3-7-6 with two shutouts.
