GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The North Dakota men's basketball team will travel to North Dakota State this Saturday, in search of a season sweep of their in-state rival.
Earlier this season, the Fighting Hawks snapped a four-game losing streak to the Bison with a dramatic 60-58 victory that was punctuated by a go-ahead layup with 2.6 seconds left by Amar Kuljuhovic. The Fighting Hawks have not won consecutive games against the Bison since winning four in a row from 1/29/1999 to 1/5/2001.
Against Oral Roberts on Saturday, NoDak never trailed as they earned a season sweep of the reigning Summit League champions.
