GRAND FORKS, N.D. – North Dakota women's soccer has collected a 2025 Summit League Academic All-League Team recognition with one student-athlete representing the Fighting Hawks, the conference announced on Wednesday afternoon.
Senior midfielder
Alisha Maake earned her second career academic honor as a commercial aviation major with a stunning 4.00 grade point average. She previously collected the accolade after the 2023 season as a junior. The Ewa Beach, Hawaii-native was the lone Fighting Hawk to start all 18 games this season while scoring two goals and tallying an assist in her team-high 1539 minutes on the pitch.
To be eligible for the Academic All-League team, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.30 cumulative career grade-point average (on a 4.0 scale), completed at least one full academic year at the current institution and participated in 50 percent of their team's completed competitions.
Nominations are brought forth by sports information directors from the league's nine institutions and voting is conducted by both the SIDs and facility athletic representatives (FARs).
