GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- No. 18 North Dakota looks to secure home ice for the NCHC Quarterfinals with a victory over Omaha in the regular season finale on Saturday night at 6:07 p.m. from Ralph Engelstad Arena in Grand Forks, N.D.
All UND men's hockey games, home and away, can be heard on stations across the Fighting Hawks Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio app, with longtime broadcaster Tim Hennessy, who is in his 45th year on the mic for UND hockey, and Mike LaMoine calling the action. Saturday will be the 62nd all-time meeting between North Dakota and Omaha, with UND holding a 37-22-2 advantage in the series.
The team that has scored first in the contest has won 29 of the last 34 games in the series.
The win on Friday snapped a three-game losing streak to Omaha, which was the longest stretch without a win for UND in program history against the Mavs.
