CLEVELAND --  The Division I Football Championship Subdivision Athletics Directors Association (FCS ADA) has selected North Dakota Director of Athletics Bill Chaves as one of the officers for the 2025-26 membership year. 

Chaves, who has served on the committee since 2023, will be the 3rd Vice President. He is joined by UT Martin AD Kurt McGuffin (President), Albany AD Mark Benson (Immediate Past President), Lafayette College AD Sherryta Freeman (1st VP) and NCCU AD Skip Perkins (2nd VP) in officer roles for the 2025-26 year. 

Now in its 32nd year, the Football Championship Subdivision Athletics Directors Association's mission is to enhance Football Championship Subdivision football. In addition to the 2025-26 Officers, the following directors of athletics will serve on the FCS ADA Executive Committee for a second term:

· John Mack, Princeton University;

· Jonathan Terrell, Nicholls State University;

· Chris Robinson, University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff; and

· Ken Beazer, Utah Tech University

The remainder of the 2025-26 FCS ADA Executive Committee consists of:

· Mark Orr, Sacramento State;

· Jude Killy, University of Maine;

· Nate Christensen, Indiana State University;

· James Downer, Saint Francis University;

· Tim Murray, Marist College; and

· Mark Wharton, University of Tennessee Chattanooga

In addition, Beth DeBauche, commissioner of the Ohio Valley Conference, will continue to serve as the Association's Commissioner Representative on the Executive Committee.
