GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The North Dakota men's basketball team returns home Thursday for a showdown with the St. Thomas Tommies at 7 p.m. Coverage can be seen on Midco Sports and heard on 100.3 The Cat.
The Hawks currently sit in third place in the Summit League at 3-1, while St. Thomas is in first place at 3-0 in the conference.

It is the 22nd meeting between the two teams, with the Tommies leading the all-time series 11-10. UND has dropped the last three meetings against St. Thomas, falling 85-69 in the semifinals of the Summit League Tournament on March 8, 2025.

North Dakota is coming off an 81-79 road victory over Kansas City last Saturday. The Hawks trailed by as many as 10, before UND outscored the Roos 44-35 in the second half.

Scouting the Opposition
St. Thomas enters this game with a 14-4 record, riding an eight-game winning streak. The Tommies are coming off an 82-71 victory over Oral Roberts on Saturday.

The team is led by Nolan Minessale, who averages 20.6 points, 4.6 assists and 4.4 rebounds per game. Redshirt freshman, Nick Janowski averages 15.6 points and 5.3 rebounds per game for St. Thomas.
