GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- The Fighting Hawks return home after a three-game road swing looking to improve to 2-0 in MVFC play and 5-1 overall. This will mark the second time in three seasons that Murray State will be UND's Homecoming opponent.

It is also the Fighting Hawks' annual Hall of Fame game and former wideout Weston Dressler will be among this year's inductees into the UND Athletic Letterwinners' Hall of Fame.

In the 2024 contest, NoDak racked up 72 points in a 37-point win over the Racers, establishing a new single-game scoring mark since moving up to the FCS level.

A season ago, the Racers led 9-7 at halftime before UND outscored the home team 28-8 in the second half to pull away and its all-time mark against Murray State to 3-0.

These teams were on opposite ends of their MVFC openers last Saturday with North Dakota holding off Indiana State for a 42-35 win in Terre Haute, while the Racers fell at home to Southern Illinois, 46-6.
