Before UND: During his time at Bartlett, Panoam, who checks in at 6-foot-2 and 160 pounds, earned Class 4A All-State honors as a junior (second team) and senior (first team) ... As a senior, he was also named to the American Family Insurance All-USA Alaska Boys Basketball Team and the Cook Inlet Conference Player of the Year after averaging 20.7 ppg to go with 6.4 rpg and 4.2 apg ... In his only season at Northwest Kansas Tech, Panoam averaged 10.7 ppg and 3.7 apg in 29 starts, while shooting 46.2 percent from beyond the arc ...
