Indoor (5th Year): Placed fifth as a member of the DMR team (10:23.15), seventh with the 4x400m relay (3:23.46) and 13th in the 800m (1:55.52) at the Summit League Indoor Championships ...His DMR time of 10:23.15 currently ranks No. 6 in program history ... Ran the ninth-fastest mile in school history with a PR time of 4:19.69 at the Grand Valley State Big Meet ... Put down PR times in the 800m (1:55.09) at the Grand Valley State Big Meet and 3,000m (8:51.37) at the Bison Team Cup.
Outdoor (Senior): Finished seventh as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:25.58), 12th in the 1,500m (4:02.81) and 15th in the 800m (1:55.42) at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Ran a leg on the DMR team that posted the No. 5 time in school history with a time of 10:18.13 ... Recorded personal-bests in the 800m (1:54.76) at the Bryan Clay Invitational and 1,500m (4:02.21) at the Texas State Invitational.
2020-21
Cross Country (Senior): Finished 28th at The Summit League Championship … Helped North Dakota to a third place team finish, the highest placing for the Fighting Hawks in its Division I history.
Indoor (Senior): All-Summit League … Competed in all eight events … Helped the distance medley relay team to a second place finish and a school record (10:03.97) at The Summit League Championship … Raced in the 4x400-meter relay, aiding in North Dakota’s sixth place finish … Also competed in the mile at The Summit League Championship … Recorded a PR in the mile at the UND Open (4:23.17), placing sixth in the race (Jan. 30) … Placed second in the 1,000-meters at the Dakota Quad Classic (Feb. 6).
Outdoor (Junior): Ran five times … Closed the season with a personal-best in the 800-meters at The Summit League Championship, just missing the finals (May 14) … Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a sixth place finish at The Summit League Championship (May 15) … Placed fifth in the 800-meters at the Ron Masanz Classic (May 1) ... Won UND's Men's Community Service award at the 2020-21 Night of Champions.
2019-20
Cross Country (Junior): Competed in three races ... Made season-debut at the SDSU XC Classic, running a season-best 28:17.1 in the 8k (Sept. 13) ... Ran at The Summit League Championship in Fargo (Nov. 2).
Indoor (Junior): Made season-debut at the Jim Emmerich Invitational (Jan. 25) ... Competed in five meets ... Ran a season-best 1:56.96 in the 800-meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 15) ... Helped the Fighting Hawks to a fifth place finish in the distance medley relay and seventh place in the 4x400-meter relay (Feb. 28-29) ... Just missed the finals in the 800-meters with a ninth place finish (Feb. 28).
Outdoor (COVID-19 Pandemic): Doubled in the 800-meters and the 1,500-meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational ... Ran a PR 4:09.01 in the 1,500-meters to finish third (March 14).

Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in five meets ... Helped the 4x400 relay team to a fourth place finish at The Summit League Championship ... Also competed in the 800-meters at the conference championship.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Helped the 4x400 relay team to a fourth place finish at The Summit League Championship ... Named to the Summit League 2018-19 Academic Honor Roll and Commissioner's List.

Cross Country (Freshman): Named to Big Sky Conference Fall All-Academic Team … Earned first cross country letter.
Indoor (Freshman): Named to Big Sky Conference Winter All-Academic Team … Member of UND’s 4x400 relay team that scored at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championship (Feb. 24) with an eighth-place finish … Quartet posted a time of 3 minutes, 19.03 seconds that was the third-best in UND history … Was also a member of UND’s entry in the distance medley relay that ran the 10th-fastest race (10:46.48) in school history while at the conference championship … Ran the sixth-fastest 600-meter race in school history at the UND Indoor Tune-Up (Feb. 17) when he clocked in at 1:22.52.
Outdoor (Freshman): Named to the Big Sky Conference Spring All-Academic Team … Appeared in five competitions … Ran a personal-best 51.43 in the 400-meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational … Finished fourth at the Cobber Twilight meet in the 800-meters … Also set a PR in Moorhead at the Ron Masanz Classic in the 800-meters (1:58.34).
Before UND: Graduated from Shanley High School in 2017 ...
