Indoor (Freshman): Ran season-bests in the 800m (2:06.82), mile (4:33.26), 3,000m (9:11.46) and 5,000m (15:51.33).
Outdoor (Sophomore): Took 14th in the 10,000m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a season best of 34:11.88 ... Also finished 25th at the conference meet in the 5,000m with a time of 15:44.68 ... Clocked season-best times in the 1,500m (4:07.76) and 5,000m (15:24.72) during the regular-season.
2021-22
Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 19th in the 1,500m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in a time of 4:31.47 ... Posted season-bests in both the 1,500m (4:26.46) and 5,000m (16:43.52) at the Kip Janvrin Open.
Before UND: Attended Pequot Lakes High School in Crosslake, Minnesota…set a high school bests of 9:46 in the 3,200m, 4:44 in the 1,600m and 16:58 in the 5K…named all-conference honorable mention as a sophomore and all-conference as a junior…earned academic all-state honors during both junior and senior seasons…was a team captain for both cross country and track during the senior year.
