2000: Played in 11 of the final 12 games of the season for UND...Took over as the team’s starting goalkeeper Sept. 17 in 4-0 shutout at Minnesota-Crookston...Finished the season with a 7-4-0 record in 11 starts with a 1.76 goals against average and 64 saves...Recorded shutouts Sept. 17 at UM-Crookston, Oct. 8 at Morningside and Oct. 15 at Augustana...Passed Becky Gunderson as the school’s leader in career victories Oct. 15 against the Vikings.

1999: Atteneded the University of Tampa (Fla.).

BEFORE UND: A 1999 graduate of Mounds View High School...Lettered four times in soccer, twice in basketball and twice in golf...All-Conference selection three years in soccer, All-State selection following her senior campaign...Two-time All-Conference selection in golf.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Ed and Barb Compton...Youngest of three children...Has two older siblings: Claire (28) and Doug (26)...Majoring in exercise science and minor in coaching.
