Before UND: Spent the past two seasons at Lake Region State College in Devils Lake, N.D. ? Earned all-region second team honors in 2006-07 after averaging 10.9 points and 8.0 rebounds ? Also named to the conference all-academic team ? A 2005 graduate of Cavalier High School ? Lettered four times in basketball as a prep and earned a pair of all-district selections ? Also a two-time all-district selection in volleyball ? Lettered four times in volleyball, three times in track and twice in golf ? Member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Majoring in nursing ? Daughter of Steve and Desilee Brekke ? Dad is UND’s current director of athletic development and is a member of UND’s Athletic Hall of Fame in basketball (1981-83) ? Uncle, Chad Brekke, played basketball at UND from 1993 to 1996.
