2010-11 (Junior): Earned 2010-11 Great West Conference Winter/Spring Academic All-Conference honors in both indoor and outdoor track ... Helped lead UND to a runner-up finish in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3 minutes, 22.54 seconds at the 2011 Great West Conference Indoor Championship ... Ran a personal-best time of 9:07.88 in the 3,000-meters at the GWC Indoor Championship ... Placed sixth in the 400-meters at the 2011 GWC Outdoor Championship with a time of 50.20 ... Earned second letter.

2009-10 (Sophomore): Received UND's Most Improved award ... Placed fifth in the 4x400 relay at the 2010 Great West Conference Indoor Championship and sixth at the GWC Outdoor Championship ... Earned first letter.
