2012-13 (Junior): Named to UND’s 2013 Spring Semester President’s Roll of Honor … Ran the seventh-fastest 60-meter hurdles in UND history with a time of 9.44 seconds at NDSU’s Thundering Herd Classic … Teamed with Savana Weller, Stephanie Clarke and Jessica Lindsay for the sixth-fastest 4x400 relay time (3:55.35) at NDSU’s Thundering Herd Classic … Won the 400-meters at Minnesota’s Northwest Open with a time of 1:00.75.

2011-12 (Sophomore): Named to Athletic Director's Fall Honor Roll ... Helped UND finish fifth in the 4x400 relay at the Great West Conference Outdoor Championship ... Helped UND win the 4x400 relay at the UNC-Wilmington Seahawk Invitational ... Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Carleton Relays with a time of 63.93 seconds ... Earned second letter.

2010-11 (Freshman): Placed fourth in the 400-meter hurdles at the 2011 Great West Conference Outdoor Championship with a time of 1 minute, 3.18 seconds ... Finished sixth in the pentathlon at the GWC Indoor Championship with a personal-record score of 2,806 points ... Won the 400-meter hurdles at North Dakota State with a time of 1:03.4 ... Earned first letter.

Before UND: A 2010 graduate of Grand Rapids High School ... Lettered five times in track ... Was the 2010 Section 7 AA champion and state runner-up in the 300-meter hurdles, her first year competing in the event ... Set the school record in the 300 hurdles ...
