Mike Schepp serves as the associate athletic director for facilities and operations.
Schepp oversees game management, schedule coordination, football scheduling, facility improvement and maintenance, and travel coordination. Schepp also serves as the postseason competition liason.
Schepp is in his 13th year with the University of North Dakota athletic department. He started his first tenure at UND in 1994, starting as the hockey equipment manager under head coach Dean Blais. He served in that role until 1997, when he took a similar position at Colorado College.
Schepp returned to UND in 2000 as the hockey operations manager, and in 2002 assumed the role of director of hockey operations. In 2005 he was promoted to assistant athletic director, operations, and assumed his current role in 2009.
Schepp is a 1990 graduate of North Dakota State with a degree in business administration and was a swimmer for the Bison. He earned a Masters in educational leadership in 2004 from the University of North Dakota.
Schepp and his wife, Dr. Colleen Swank, MD, have two children, Jacob and Justin.
