2009: Made a career-high 10 starts and 13 appearances as a sophomore and was named UND’s Pitcher of the Year by his teammates … Equaled the team lead in wins with four, including the first Division I victory in program history (10-7 win at Missouri State; March 6) … The win over the Bears was also the first of his career … Tossed 8.2 innings and allowed four earned runs on 10 hits in the victory … Also led UND hurlers in strikeouts with 45 … Also posted wins at Southern Illinois (March 13), at Bradley (April 3) and at Concordia (April 18) … Three of his wins were over Missouri Valley schools … Posted his first career complete game in the 7-4 victory at Bradley, allowing only three earned runs on seven hits … Allowed no earned runs in 6.2 innings at Valparaiso (April 10) ... 2008: Saw action in six games with two of those coming as starts ... Posted an 0-2 record, logging 11.2 innings of work ... Allowed two earned runs in four innings during first collegiate start vs. Gannon (March 5) ... Also surrendered two runs in three innings during a start vs. U-Mary (April 23) ... Earned first letter.
