Coach Ziegler says: "David will redshirt for us this year. He has good velocity, but needs to locate his pitches better, and once he does, we are excited about the possibility of helping us in the future."

Before UND: A 2001 Chaska High School graduate ... Lettered in baseball his senior year ... Names honorable mention All-Lake Conference ... After facing 192 batters, he was second in both innings pitched and strikeouts for his team, while walking just 14 batters and posting a 2.37 ERA his senior year.
