Indoor (Senior): Threw the shot put in five meets ... Recorded four top-10 finishes ... Placed third at the UND Indoor Open (Feb. 1), recording a mark of 13.74m (45-1) ... Finished 10th at the Dakota Classic (Dec. 6) at North Dakota State.
Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Finished runner-up in the shot put with a mark of 12.89m (42-3.4) at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14).
2018-19
Indoor (Junior): Competed five times in the shot put ... Threw a season-best 44-8 at the UND Open (Jan. 26).
Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Participated in four meets, including The Summit League Championship.
2017-18
Indoor (Sophomore): Named to 2018 Big Sky Conference Winter All-Academic Team … Won the shot put at the UND Indoor Tune-Up with a throw of 44 feet, 1.5 inches (13.45 meters) … Hit a PR of 45-04.25 (13.82m) in the shot put at the South Dakota State Indoor Classic … That mark was the seventh-best in UND history.
Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Named to 2018 Big Sky Conference Spring All-Academic Team … Scored points for UND with a seventh-place finish in the shot put at the Big Sky Conference Championship … Landed the sixth-best shot put in school history with a mark of 45-09 ¼ (13.95m) at the NDSU Tune-Up that was the sixth-best in school history … Earned first letter.
2016-17
Indoor (Freshman): Earned the No. 8 spot in UND history with a shot put throw of 44-00.50 (13.42) at the Jim Emmerich Invitational.
Outdoor (Freshman): Redshirted the outdoor season.
