Cross Country (Senior): Finished 22nd at The Summit League Cross Country Championship (March 5) … Ran the 6K race in 23:40.50 and was North Dakota’s sixth finisher (non-scorer).

Indoor (Junior): Competed in five meets, including The Summit League Championship … Helped the distance medley relay team to a fourth-place finish at the championship, anchoring the relay team to the seventh fastest time in program history, 12:19.16 (Feb. 28) … Finished 15th in the mile at the championship … Recorded PRs in the mile and 3,000-meters during the season.

Outdoor (Junior): Ran in five competitions … Finished ninth in the 1,500-meters at The Summit League Championship (May 15), running a personal-best 4:41.60 … Placed sixth in the 1,500-meters at The Ron Masanz Classic (May 1).

2019-20
Cross Country (Junior): Ran in five meets, including The Summit League Championship and NCAA Midwest Regional ... Posted personal-best 6K time at The Summit League Championship (Nov. 2).

Indoor (Sophomore): Ran in three meets ... Ran a personal-record time in the mile at the UND Tune-up (Feb. 22).

Outdoor (Junior): Did not compete.

2018-19
Named to The Summit League's 2018-19 Academic Honor Roll.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Earned second letter.

Indoor (Sophomore): Redshirted the season.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in five meets ... Ran a personal-best in the 1,500-meters at the Cobber Twilight (April 23).

2017-18
Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in six events as a freshman, including both the Big Sky Championship and NCAA Midwest Regional … Ran a season-best 5K of 19 minutes, 6 seconds at the UND Ron Pynn Classic Open … Earned first letter.

Indoor (Freshman): Competed in four indoor meets.

Outdoor (Freshman): Ran a PR of 2:26.18 in the 800 meters at the Ron Masanz Classic (April 28) … Earned first track letter.

A 2017 graduate of Holy Family Catholic High School … Earned four letters in both cross country and track … Also earned two letters in basketball and one in Nordic skiing … Six time all-conference winner in cross country … State cross country participant … Served as the team’s captain for two years … Named team MVP as a senior … State track participant in the 4x400 and 4x800 … Earned all-conference honors in the 800-meter in 2017 … Also a state basketball participant.
