2018 (Sophomore): Appeared in all 11 games as a reserve tight end and on special teams. 

2017 (Redshirt Freshman): Named to the Big Sky All-Academic Team ... Appeared in all 11 games as a special teams contributor and reserve tight end ... Caught three passes for 54 yards, including a 36-yard touchdown reception on his first collegiate reception at UC Davis (Sept. 30) ... Also added a 14-yard reception in home win over Northern Colorado (Oct. 7) and a four-yard catch at Montana (Oct. 14) ... Earned first letter.

2016 (Freshman): Redshirt season.

Before UND: Played in the 2016 Badlands Bowl for Team North Dakota ... Earned Class B All-State first team honors as a tight end after finishing senior season with 24 receptions for 404 yards and four touchdowns … Also added 72 tackles and two sacks on defense … Earned All-Region 3 honors as a junior and senior in 9-man football… Named to the Class B All-State second team in basketball as a junior after averaging 21.0 ppg and 12.0 rpg … Played in the 2016 Lions All-Star Games for Class B ... Earned five varsity letters on the hardwood and four in track and field … Collected Region 3 All-District 6 honors as a sophomore, junior and senior in basketball … Nominated for North Dakota Distinguished Student Award.

Personal: Majoring in mechanical engineering … Son of Nathan and Katie Pinke ... Third generation UND athlete – mother (Katie Lukens Pinke) threw discus for the track and field and team and grandfather (Fred Lukens) played basketball at the university.
