2002: Starred all 11 games, playing third on the team in total tackles... An all around player who logged three tackles for loss, one sack, two interceptions, four pass breakups, a forced fumble and a blocked kick... Both interceptions came in the season finale at south dakota, returning one 60 yards for a score... His 40 solo tackles were the second best total on the team... Had season high nine tackles at Northern Colorado.... Forced a fumble in the contest as well... Had three tackles and three pass breakups against Mesa State...
2001: Started all 11 regular season games and all four playoff games... Honorable mention NCC All-Academic... Had five solo tackles in national championship game... Second on team with 50 total tackles.
2000: Played in nine games, earned first letter... Intercepted pass and returned it 56 yards in win over Morningside...

Before UND: A 1999 Fisher-Climax High School graduate... Ran for School record 1,766 yards as a senoir to earn all-state honors... Named to Grand Forks Herald All-Area and Fargo forum Fab 44 teams as senior.. Averaged 9.1 yards as a senior.
