HAWKADEMY: Leaders of the Nest Generation
The University of North Dakota Student-Athlete Leadership Academy (Hawkademy) was established in 2015 as a comprehensive leadership enhancement program designed to assist UND student-athletes with their personal, professional and leadership development to prepare student-athletes to excel as leaders in the classroom, competition, community, and future careers. While remaining true to this mission, in 2017 Hawkademy was redesigned to allow for a more progression based program implementing student-athlete feedback and the most up-to-date leadership resources. Using a cohort style progression from the sophomore level through senior year, student-athletes are provided intentional service-based programming that allows for individual and team based growth.
