OMAHA, NEB.--Stephanie McMillen (Sr., East Grand Forks, Minn.) tied for ninth with an 88 to lead the Fighting Sioux women's golf team to a sixth-place finish at the Ironwood Collegiate Classic Saturday. The Sioux finished with a team score of 363, 26 strokes behind tournament-champion Nebraska-Omaha.

UNO's Tanis Hastmann and Amanda Stock each fired 82s Saturday to lead the field and help the Mavericks capture the team title in the 10-team tournament. Hastmann was awarded the individual title based on a tie-breaker.

The tournament, orignially scheduled as a two-day event, was shortened to 18 holes because of cold weather and sleet on Friday.
