Aaron Schwenzfeier

A former University of North Dakota student-athlete, Aaron Schwenzfeier was promoted to full-time strength and conditioning coach in June of 2009 after spending the previous three yearsas an intern coach.

Schwenzfeier works primarly with the North Dakota men's basketball, volleyball and soccer teams.

A native of Hallock, Minn., Schwenzfeier graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in physical education and was a three-year letterwinner as a running back for the football team from 2000-03.

A certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Schwenzfeier, and his wife, Margo, have a daughter, Eva and a son, Reggie. His brother Joel Schwenzfeier is a former defensive back and current assistant coach with the football team.
